(Leafy Broom)

A very attractive specimen shrub that can be seen at Kew Gardens.

Also known as the Leafy or Sweet Broom, this is another excellent choice for the patio. It prefers fertile, well drained soil and although it is fairly hardy, it should be protected from cold temperatures.

Yellow flowers throughout the spring, March to June, and produces a plentiful supply of seeds should you wish to try a spot of home propagation.

Supplied as a pot grown half standard on a 50cm (approx) stem.
