The Honeyberry is an unusual addition to the garden.
Producing oval, tubular bell shaped fruit that is seedless and sweet to the tastebuds. The fruit is normally ripe from May onwards.
It is actually an edible species of Honeysuckle that originates from Siberia. Very hardy shrub that is easily manageable. Can be eaten fresh or made into jams and jellies.
NOTE: There need to be at least two plants in fairly close proximity to each other for pollination purposes.
