All our plants are sent out to you in excellent condition but should there be a problem with your order and you wish to return a product we offer a full money back guarantee (product refund only - does not include a refund of delivery charges)

We offer discounts on bulk orders and on orders totalling over £100 (excluding VAT) or more;

Order Value (excluding delivery) £100 - 5% discount
Order Value (excluding delivery) £200 - 10% discount
Order Value (excluding delivery) £300 - 12% discount

The prices shown will already have the discount applied if over £100. All plants are well packaged and are ready to plant as soon as they arrive. Delivery on some products can take up to 28 days, especially at busy times. Some plants are seasonal and not always available.

You will be advised of the expected delivery date once product is ready for dispatch.

Should you require a plant that isnt listed on our website, or you require an amount different from the quantity shown, contact us.

Most of our hedging is sent to you as bare root hedging plants with the roots moist wrapped for transit. These types of plant usually transplant much better than pot grown plants.
