This evergreen specimen shrub has brilliant green, tinged red, foliage which turns a vivid red in autumn. New growth is also usually bright red.

As with other evergreens, its best to prune the Photinia Red Robin in the growing season, not in the dormant season. A fast growing shrub that is pleasing to the eye. This standard is also suitable as a pleached hedge.

Prefers fertile moist well-drained soil in sun or partial shade.

Supplied as a pot grown standard on a 1 metre (approx) stem.
